The centre believes that celebrations are a way of bringingpeople from different walks of life together. All festivals and special occasions are celebrated here with enthusiasm and vigour regardless of religion, caste or creed. Onam, Christmas and Eid al-Fitrare celebrated with much pomp. It regularly conducts Iftar meets and celebrates Budha Jayathi.
Every year, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanthi and Environmental Day are celebratedby conducting various competitions and informative programmes for children and other members.
