Promotion of performing art is a major objective of the Centre. It extends all supports to the local artists. From Kathakali to Chaakyarkoothu, Tholppavakkoothu and OttamThullal, various art forms have been performed here.
As part of the Central government's cultural exchange programme, artists from across India have performed Yakshaganam, Odissi and Kathak at the Centre.
